Gotta Be Proud.

This footage just surfaced on YouTube and shows off the incredible might the U.S. Navy and other branches are bringing to the Sea of Japan. Although the U.S. military has been running drills with South Korea for many years, this is one of the biggest.

With tensions escalating with North Korea, both countries are continuously flexing their muscles. The latest move by the States was this three carrier strike force exercise. Something on this scale wasn’t done in decades.

The carriers you’ll see in this fleet are:

  • USS Nimitz
  • USS Ronald Reagan
  • USS Theodore Roosevelt

These also happen to be the largest carriers in the world, so seeing them together is quite incredible.

As we’re aviation fans for the most part, we’ve got to mention the aircraft formation that flew over the whole ordeal. Two Bones and two Super Hornets gave a show to all the crews of the ships, probably increasing testosterone ten fold for everyone who saw or heard the flyover.
