Some people say it’s a waste of fuel and totally useless, but hey, not everyone can appreciate nice things. For all you naysayers we’d personally want to bid you “farewell” and “take care.” We don’t need that type of negativity in our lives.
We say that only because when we found this video, which is really awesome by the way, we read some of the comments on Youtube. Out of all the comments however, we saw a few which mentioned this being stupid, dangerous and blah blah blah. No, all of us aviation fanatics would love to see that in person.
F-111 Aardvarks were tactical attact aircraft introduced in 1967 and were operated by the United States and Australian air forces.
Phew. Now that that’s out of the way, let’s see what’s happening here. Although a bit old (uploaded back in 2008), what this guy managed to capture is spectacular.
Taken in Australia, he not only was able to catch a dump-and-burn of an F-111 Aardvark, he caught one doing it while blasting through a city. This folks, doesn’t happen very often.
We don’t know what kind of fly over laws they have there, but Australia seems to be a pretty awesome place to see some incredible ones.
