Presidential Helicopters Arrive In London

Last week, many UK residents saw an influx of helicopters flying over London as Joe Biden made his first stop in Europe. The VH-3D Sea King helicopters he used throughout the trip were airlifted into RAF Northolt via two C-17 Globemaster transport aircraft.

A CH-47F Chinook from the US Army also arrived from Germany to form a helicopter escort force that accompanied the rest of the formation as the US President traveled around the UK.
