Developed by Bell Textron, the new Bell 360 Invictus is specifically developed for the US Army’s Future Attack Reconnaissance Aircraft.
This fast and highly maneuverable helicopter features a streamlined fuselage, retractable landing gear, and an advanced rotor system that allows it to achieve impressive speeds and perform agile maneuvers.
Its low-observable design, combined with its advanced acoustic suppression technology and infrared signature reduction measures makes it highly difficult to detect and track.
So far, the Bell 360 is expected to have a cruise speed of 210 mph and will be powered by a GE T901 turboshaft and a supplemental Pratt & Whitney PW207D1 turboshaft if needed.
Do you think the Bell 360 will have a long and healthy service life under the US Army?
