This video is proof that things could go wrong so quickly – whether you’re a passenger or a pilot. One minute, you’re enjoying the view and before you know it, you’re crashing into trees.

As of this writing, we don’t have any information about why the plane crashed and whether anyone sustained serious injuries but we’re just mighty grateful that no one was killed and they all survived.

According to the US National Transportation Safety Board, airplane accidents actually have a 95.7% survivability rate. And there are ways to further increase the odds such as paying close attention to the preflight safety briefing and bracing for impact.
