It Takes A Lot To Play It Cool

This footage was reportedly taken in Mali, Africa. The short clip shows a French service member who marks an improvised airstrip with the use of colored smoke and VS-17 panel. The massive and overwhelming C-160 aircraft passed overhead before it touched down, and it’s both amazing and terrifying to watch. It takes a lot to not get up and just run away as the C-160 approaches.

But this soldier had balls of steel, or maybe he was simply overcome with boredom. He just stayed there as if it was no big deal.
