Cobra Flyby So Low A Guy Hit The Ground In A Fetal Position

Can’t Hang With The Big Boys.

We don’t find helicopter flybys too often and we’re sure glad we caught this one. It’s truly epic.

We want to give a shout out to the Instagram channel called combat_learjet which has a collection of really neat aviation videos. From helicopters to commercial aircraft flybys, almost everything on that page is really cool to check out. We recommend it (and no, this isn’t some paid promotion.) We legitimately love that Instagram page. 

Over 1,100 AH-1 Cobras were produced from 1967 till today.

As for the video, check it out yourself. It’s a bunch of grunts standing on the ground and waiting to be buzzed. When blades hit the fan though, almost all of them ducked down when the Cobra went right over them. 

Watch the bottom left corner though. At the end of the clip, you can actually see two guys hit the ground and curl up. Not saying we wouldn’t have done the same, but it’s still funny though.
