Everything was going smoothly for the Turkish aerial aerobatic team, Soloturk, during the Teknofest 2023 airshow, but a small fire on one of their F-16’s left wing soon became a problem.

According to Aviation-Safety.net:

The place where the smoke system at the tip of the left wing started to burn in the parking lot after the Teknofest 2023 show held at Istanbul Atatürk Airport.

Luckily, the Soloturk support team was able to intervene in the incident, and quickly extinguished the fire before it spread all over the Fighting Falcon. Everyone can breathe a sigh of relief afterward as there were no fatalities stemming from the incident.
