Nice, Slow Banks Right At The End Too!

Here’s something you don’t see every day. Two behemoths such as the C-17 Globemaster IIIs flying over your head nice and slow, not to mention low.

As of 2017, the RAAF, or Roayal Australian Air Force, operates a total of 8 C-17 Globemaster IIIs.

This is exactly what happened at the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, not too long ago. Two years ago, in 2015, some lucky people were hanging out by the coast during sundown and got an up close and personal look at two Globemaster IIIs coming back from an exercise.

According to the description, the two military cargo planes were training with the RAAF and on their way back, were some 90 meters (300 ft.) above them.

As the uploader put it, “it was quite a show.” We certainly agree.
