Meet the Russian Knights although we have a feeling you aviation buffs out there probably know exactly who they are. For those who don’t, read on. If you do, scroll to the video below. 

The Russian Knights are the Blue Angels of Russia. An aerobatic demonstration team for the Russian Air Force, this six crew squad flies Su-30SMs. These bad boys are Russia’s main fighter jets which also come with thrust-vectoring.

That’s what you’ll be looking at here.

One of the solo pilots slows down and performs a high alpha maneuver, but man, that AoA is crazy high. Most other jets would stall and fall right out of the sky. To make it even more spectacular, the pilot pops some flares making the crowd go wild.
