It’s Like Entering Into A Whole New World.

Things certainly look different when you slow them down. With the technology of cellphones and handheld cameras improving day by day, it’s pretty amazing how cool you can make your videos look. Unfortunately, it’s mostly slow motion videos of cats that you can see online.

Here, we got our hands on something quite different.  Although this video is almost 7 years old at this point, it’s still absolutely incredible. If you’ve never seen it, you’ll be blown away. If you have, like us, you won’t mind watching it again.

A man by the name of Werner Mehl took some stunning videos of bullets fired from guns. He wasn’t using a cellphone of course. He was using a state of the art camera and other ballistic equipment which allowed him to film this at a whopping 1 million frames per second. The best your camera can do to catch your dogs mouth flopping around is about 60 frames per second. Let that sink in for a second.

The video is about 10 minutes long so feel free to skip around. It captures numerous types of bullets hitting different materials and at different angles. If you’re a gun guy or interested in anything weapons related, you’ll love this clip.
