This is just one of those videos that get your blood pumping and heart racing. Not to mention that we literally ducked when we saw it. Yes, we know that in social media and blogs phrases like “it’ll make you duck” and “you won’t believe” are often overused, but this one really did. Just check it out for yourself. 

As for the video itself, we found it on Instagram of all places. To be perfectly honest we get most of our videos from Youtube because there are a plethora of military channels to follow, but here we were pleasantly surprised. And yes, we know that it the quality is pretty crappy but you’ll have to deal with it. F-4s were in service in the 60s and retired from U.S. combat use in 1996 so new videos are hard to come by. Especially from now on. 

All remaining F-4s are now being converted to QF-4s. Another way of saying that is that they’re becoming target drones. By next year, we might have just 2 o 3 in private hands and that’s all.
